Dajti National Park is situated in the east of the capital and has a surface of 3,300 hectares. It is located in the eastern part of the scope of Tirana, 26 km east of the capital and 50 km from "Mother Teresa" airport. This park is highly frequented by day visitors and is considered "The Natural Balcony of Tirana". Dajti National Park can be reached by car, following the national road, or by a cable car, thus enjoying a spectacular panoramic view.
The Cape of Lagji closes the Durrësi bay, in its south. It is suitable for diving. Nearby, there are the small beaches of rare beauty of Bardhori and Gjenerali. Bardhori is a rocky beach , while Gjeneral is surrounded by lush vegetation. It looks like a natural amphitheater. Both are secluded beaches, excellent for those who want to escape from the noise.
