National Tourism Agency (NTA) brought together religious communities in a discussion on the history of religion because of the religious harmony and tolerance that it is not altered for centuries in Albania and also promoting religious tourism at the recently opened Anti-nuclear bunker, BUNK'ART Tirana.

The opening of the video-museum exhibition Bunk'Art has aroused a great interest to the general public and international media. The structure which consists of 106 rooms distributed in five levels, which included an assembly hall, auditorium, was built between the years 1972-1978 in order to accommodate the senior leadership of the Communist era in the event of a military attack.

Government policy for a national tourism with standards, high quality and appropriate information remain the primary philosophy of the National Tourism Agency (NTA). Wasting no time and leaving no corner of the country without covering up, NTA is working at the moment on installing Info Point kiosks alongside the 11 border entry and exit points of Albania. Travelers and visitors will find inside of the kiosks leaflets, brochures and informative maps for Albania, its attractions and basic informations.

On the 11 February 2014, Albania was represented at the Mediterranean International Tourism Fair (IMTM) held in Israel, together with 300 other stands of the Mediterranean countries and beyond. On the first day at the fair, the Albanian stand drew attention of a large number of visitors.

A true success Albania's presence at the largest International Fair of Tourism in Europe, ITB Berlin. For five days during the fair, the Albanian stand was visited by various tour operators who showed high interest to include our country in their tourism packages.

“The Italian week” has been opened today in Tirana. This activity is focused on different important discussions among the public institutions and businesses of both countries. This is a very important initiative, which aims to promote mutual cooperation in a wide spectrum. It includes different branches of the economy, such as business, tourism, culture etc.

Albanian National Tourism Agency represented today Albania at the Turin book saloon, in Italy. This saloon is very important for the fact that more than 25.000 people visit it. Italian most important edition houses participate too on it, offering books from the most important authors.
